The B & W Turnover Ball™ System converts from a towing unit to a level bed in less than 30 seconds. To change, pull and turn the spring loaded latch pin from the driver's side wheel well, reach into the truck bed and lift the ball out of the receiver, turn it over, drop the ball back down the receiver, and engage the latch pin. The process takes longer to read than it does to complete.
Ease of Installation: Hitch bolts directly to the frame, under the bed using the existing holes already there with no frame drilling* or welding.

Hook your tape measure on the back edge of the truck bed (tail gate end). Draw a small line as directed on the installation sheet, divide the distance between the wheel wells and make another line, use a center punch to mark the intersection of the lines. Drill a 4" round hole at the intersection and the hard part is done. The next step is to slide the cross members into position and bolt the center section between the cross members with the receiver tube inserted into the hole in the truck bed floor. Then bolt the side plates to the cross member and to the frame. Finally tighten the setscrew on the release handle and drop the ball into the receiver. You're done!

How do I determine if my Ford truck has overload springs?
If the truck has overloads, there will be an extra mounting bracket in front of the regular mounting bracket. The truck will have the regular springs, then a spacer, then another spring or set of springs ( the overload springs) above the regular springs.

*One hole in each frame rail is required on some trucks
