it very good – the representative (I forget
his name, I wish I could remember it so he
could get the kudos!) answered my questions
and was very professional, so I proceeded to
placed the order online. The hitch and
rack arrived THE NEXT DAY! I installed
it that night, checked the bike-fit and all

Orderd my hitch for my 2006 Honda ridgeline truck on
Thursday at 8 am. On Monday at 5pm it was delivered
to me. I installed it myself today .It took about 45
min. Your shipping was excellent and your price was
awesome. If everything else in my life went this
easy. Life would be perfect. Honda wanted $325 and
$200 to install their hitch. Another on-line Honda
parts place wanted $ 245 for the hitch but wanted $
95 to ship it ???!! Great job, no complaints here.

I have been trailering
for many years and the first 3 hitches I had put on for
me. Being Scotch/Irish (cheap and stubborn). I have
installed the last for hitches myself. The first was
from Uhaul and it didn't line up with the holes in the
frame. Not happy to find that out after and hour and
half. The second one was from and online company which I
believe was you folks. I do remember it was from PA.
Never the less this last hitch I put on went on great
and I torqued it together. the questions I had were
promptly answered and I know that if anyone I know is
looking for a hitch I will highly recommend that they

You guys are the best! I spent many months shopping
around for the right hitch at the best price, talking to
friends and checking out the local stores in DC metro
area. In the end I realized that I wanted to save money
by installing it myself. I got a little assistance via
email with some of my inquires regarding shipping
and the confusion of the Hidden Hitch products I've been
researching. All of that helped seal the deal to buy
from Hitchesonline.
I had recently bought
a '95 Ford Explorer and wanted to upgrade the hitch
system to accommodate a bike rack for the summer outings
and to do some decent towing rather than rely on the manufacture's
bumper hitch. The installation of the hitch was
absolutely easy and it took me a couple days to track
down a torque wrench to complete it.
In the end, I feel that I got more than my money's worth
and I've been letting my friends know what a great deal
Hitchesonline has. I'm really glad that you had the
internet site so that I could compare the purchase with
others.
