Hitchesonline.com would like the opportunity to earn your business.
It’s that simple. We are a working shop with talented installers, not just a
warehouse with a couple guys answering the phone. I’m the owner and my staff
and I install hitches and wiring daily. We have been providing this service for
over 30 years. These installations are performed on all various year, make
and models, which allows us to stay as educated and up to date as possible.
Our customers include individuals, businesses, new / used car dealerships and
the US Military both here and abroad.
You can buy a hitch at dozens of Internet companies but I hope you will consider
a purchase from us. We have the hands on experience to guide you with all your
trailer needs whether it is RV, Boat, Horse, Cargo or Utility. That’s what
makes us a bit different from the rest.

We work hard to offer the lowest pricing on all our products. Occasionally you
may see someone with a lower price. We would like the opportunity to match or
beat it and get you smiling. How do I request a price match?
Prior
to purchase send us an e-mail showing the competitor's shopping
cart link displaying all part numbers and delivered price to your address
including zip code. You may have to cut and paste if the link is
not readable when mailed. Please include hitchesonline's part numbers,
prices and shipping costs.
Product
must be in stock, not a sale item,
closeout or auction type sale. Sorry, for documentation purposes we
cannot price match over the phone.
"Free Shipping "...
Some hitch websites state "Free
Shipping" ...Do they actually ship for free? Some companies
inflate the price of their products to include shipping/handling and then state
they are shipping " free". Often there will be a minimum dollar amount
you must earn to receive this "free shipping".
If you purchase less than the set amount you may actually be paying
DOUBLE SHIPPING. You will pay the posted amount (with shipping costs
incorporated in the price) plus pay shipping again at checkout.

you win both ways: We do not add extra shipping to our prices so you only pay
shipping once at checkout.*...and we price match or beat our competitor’s
delivered price on "free shipping orders". Hitchesonline.com doesn’t
have the burden of expensive internet banner ads so we can afford to offer lower
prices.
Some
websites are now selling class I and II hitches without the ball mnt,
pin and clip. By doing so the hitch will present itself as a
bargain due to its lower price. All our class I and Class II hitches include the
ballmount, pin and clip. Why is this important? Hitchesonline.com wants
our customers to be informed of this situation so a fair comparison
of our prices can be achieved. Another important reason is that the ball
mount length, rise or drop and style is matched to each individual hitch when
its designed. If you were planning on using an old ball mount laying around
it may be the wrong length, or have too much or too little rise
forcing you to place a second order for the correct one.
